Extreme Networks Events app for iPhone and iPad

The Extreme Networks Mobile Event App is for participants of Extreme Networks hosted events.

All event information and engagement can be managed by the event owners and participants through this app. The Extreme Networks Event App powers events of all sizes and scopes, from large trade shows and user conferences, to small leadership meetings or sales trainings.

IMPORTANT – To use this app, you must be a registered participant of an Extreme Networks event and in possession of a valid activation code.

This event app goes way beyond the simple concept of sharing an agenda through a mobile device. It provides a long list of features that allow for cutting-edge, interactive engagement for both the hosts and participants of the event:

·Participant & Networking: Participants can exchange digital business cards, schedule meetings with other participants, create and manage a custom agenda based on registration of specific sessions, take session notes, save presentations and track continuing education credits etc. After the event, download everything from a personalized briefcase.

·Audience Engagement: Allows for real-time audience participation and instant feedback through brainstorming, idea ranking, live polling, moderated Q&A, word clouds and heatmaps. By using the voting feature, participants can be a part of the final decision for ideas generated from group interaction during a session.
